Technical Support Services

Every member company of Travel & More Forum has at his disposal an established technical support dealer network throughout Greece to complement their in-house technical Support Departments.
Each member company of Travel & More Forum, as part of its obligations, undertakes the  after sales support for any and each of its products and services which are sold to end-customers.
This Technical Support covers all of the Equipment and Applications provided by Remote and Onsite services. The Remote Support service is provided within 30 minutes of the initial call for service. Support and Service tasks which cannot be completed remotely are visited Onsite  with a 4hour response rate (for all metropolitan areas) or within 24hours for all other areas.
Additional technical Support Services include:

  • Immediate Equipment Replacement (on a loan basis)
  • Central Data Backup of all data used within Servers and Applications on a daily basis
  • Data restore on exiting (returned from service) or replaced and/or new equipment.
